Homeowner Application

Homeowner Application is now open for the 2025 season.

Click the 'Pop-out Icon' in the upper right of the document below to activate a full screen view of the Homeowner Application pdf document. You will then be able to download the file to your local device to print out and complete by hand and mail back to TJSA.

When preparing to print, select 'Print on both sides of paper' and 'Flip on Long Edge'.
